This policy covers the website flowa.re and emails you send us. Each app has its own privacy policy, describing what that app does with your data:
Who is responsible
The data controller is Floware Dawid Firuzek, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (CEIDG). Contact: support@flowa.re.
This website
flowa.re uses no cookies, analytics or tracking, and loads nothing from third parties. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data needed to deliver and protect the site (such as your IP address and the requested page). Your browser's language preference is read only to send you to the English or Polish version, and isn't stored. This is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
When you email us
If you write to support@flowa.re, we process your email address, your message and anything you choose to include. We use this only to reply and help you, based on our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 2 years afterwards, unless it's needed longer to establish or defend legal claims. Incoming email is routed by Cloudflare and stored in Google (Gmail), acting as our service providers.
Transfers outside the EEA
Cloudflare and Google are based in the United States. Transfers to them rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email support@flowa.re. We reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the "Last updated" date.
